Internship where I worked with the onboarding with new users. The process contained intreview with stakeholders and workshops. Gathering information to meet the business requirements of what users needed to know.
Talking to and test with customers and with customer support to find what users are missing know. Looking at current best practices and what the competitors did with heuristic walkthrough. The result was a wireframe with the resulting onboarding process and a presentation of it.
The ideal process would have been to involve more people (mainly developers) in the research part of the project. To better create a shared understanding of the problem. But with my time limit (and theirs) we did the best of the situation.
